PRODUCT CATALOG Armopanel™ system is an innovative panelized 3-dimensional insulating formwork. The system is easily installed by interlocking prefabricated panels. Each panel consists of two 50mm (2”) thick, high density, flame resistant sheets that are made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) or Extruded Polystyrene (XPS). The Armopanel™ sheets are connected by means of unique Armopanel™ connecting steel meshes and are fastened by plastic caps. The Armopanel™ connecting steel meshes within the Armopanel™ panel also facilitate installation of vertical and horizontal reinforcement. Armopanel™ panels are lightweight, easy to cut and have a safe and easy interlocking mechanism. The prefabricated panels of the Armopanel™ formwork are 96” (2400mm) high, 48” (1200mm) wide and allow for concrete wall thickness of 4” (100mm), 6”(150mm), 8”(200mm), 10”(250mm), 12”(300mm) and 14”(350mm). Furthermore, the Armopanel™ formwork offers excellent insulation (at least R20), superior noise reduction (Sound Transmission Class varies from 42 to 50) and has Fire Resistance Rating (FRR) of up to 4 hours depending on the concrete thickness.
